Gurucul, a cybersecurity leader, empowers Security Operations Center (SOC) and Threat teams with tools that enhance clarity, enabling them to focus on reducing risks and controlling costs. Gurucul sought a new brand identity that reflects this commitment and breaks away from typical cybersecurity branding.

Gurucul’s commitment to delivering true clarity to its customers isn’t just talk—they act on it. This led us to their core brand idea: Radical Clarity.

From a differentiated logo to their striking brand pattern system, we created a comprehensive visual identity system that was tailored for the capabilities of Gurucul’s internal team. The result? A standout, easy-to-use brand that breaks free from the industry’s sea of sameness.




Design Language

Bold Vision, Bold Look.


Building on the concept of Radical Clarity, Gurucul’s identity features elements inspired by diamonds and the various colors of light that reflect through them. 

Carrying this concept, two diamonds overlap to create their symbol. And while Gurucul’s pattern system portrays faceted gemstones, it also visualizes the inside of a network.

Differentiation and purpose are key’s for ensuring a successful visual identity, and these elements certainly do it.

Amid the newfound excitement and enthusiasm within Gurucul’s internal culture, the rebranding significantly boosted Gurucul's visibility and engagement. At RSA Conference 2024, booth visitors increased by 38%, and opportunities created rose by 50% compared to the previous year.

And combined with the work our friends at Waza performed on the messaging and positioning led to a 193% increase in inbound leads during the first six months of 2024 and a 155% increase in new logo revenue. The updated website saw a 54% rise in inbound leads and a 31% increase in organic traffic, reinforcing Gurucul’s position as a leader in the cybersecurity industry.
