ALovelyNote is a vocalist and voice-over professional that has a true passion with everything vocal. From that passion, an "open mouth" heart was derived as a trademark for the ALovelyNote brand. The center point, where the humps of the heart meet, forms a uvula—the flap of skin that hangs in the back of your throat—within the negative space. Overall the brand has been given a playful, approachable personality.

After experiencing some substantial new growth in his private practice, Jared Jones, CPA was in need of a rebrand that positioned him as a strong, grounded business professional.
The new logo needed to instill several traits core to his business philosophy—confidence, trust and more importantly, friendliness. His values for attention to detail with a personal touch is what inspired what we've come to know as the friendly lion, formed from Jared's initials.
Volume One is a modern hair salon that embraces a quirky and eclectic personality. They were in need of a visual brand identity that reflected their unique personality that embraced a multitude of style without being too trendy.
The result is an iconic logo mark —a modern abstraction of scissors that forms the company's initials V and O. To accompany this mark, a monogram that utilizes the establishing date of the company as well as the company's initials a new logo mark. The Monogram is then used through out the stationery set as a deconstructed graphic element that adds a bit of unique flair to the overall set.
I am not responsible for the final product seen within the salon. The mark and monogram I created was passed off without my discretion by the client to someone who modified the logotype and went in a different direction for the salon's collateral materials.

Greg Riegler, the one man show behind Riegler Photography, is an all around commercial photographer specializing in architecture and interior photography. A custom logotype and icon was created. The geometric form of the custom logotype houses a camera within the negative space of the R.
Logo crafted for Big Brothers Big Sisters Northwest Florida. Corks and Canvases is an annual fundraising event for BBBS where guests enjoy a night of art, wine, and the joy of giving back to their community. The logo encompasses a unique visual metaphor of the Gala's name.

Proposed visual brand crafted for Urban Objects. Urban Objects is a modern home goods retail shop that specializes in lighting design. They were in need of a simple and memorable visual brand to offset their competition.
Concept 1 utilizes a memorable monogram that symbolizes the connection between function & form—a living priniciple in modern design that the owner holds as a high value within their company. The mark is accompanied by a custom logotype, adding even more differentiation to their unique name.
Concept 2 plays up the shops specialization in lighting. By combining the initials of the company—U and O—we crafted a memorable and iconic lightbulb formed out of the company's initials. The lightbulb also stands for the creative, innovative and bright idea approaches that the company's designers provide to their clients. The brand's mark is accompanied by a custom logotype that possesses a modern, yet quirky feel.
Visual brand and identity created for a family history service that uncovers the story of a families past. The logo utilizes a heart that represents the connection of loved ones from a families past, uncovered by searching through a book of stories.
